I Have Not Written in Awhile
So now it is December, 2025. We have a lot of changes to report within our family and our homestead. Our son Shem is at the beaming age of 13 months and he is a ball of energy. His favorite words are “mama”, “dada”, “nay nay” (his word for Eden), and “hi”. He is very close to walking but for now would much rather “scootch” around in his own Shem-like fashion. It seems he enjoys taking toys and objects out of any container and sometimes putting them back for fun. Eden is a bubbly wonder, now 2 years old. She has really gotten into baking and cooking with mom and dad, as well as counting and letter sounds. Her vocabulary continues to grow tremendously and her ability to articulate complex conversations with us is just fascinating. She is tenderhearted and currently very obsessed with taking care of her baby dolls. Owen and I are expecting our third child in June 2026 and we could not be more excited.
